Carl has won a trophy case full of awards. Todd Johnson “Thank You Sir! May I Have Another?” The hardest working, most dedicated retoucher, I.T. manager and night owl, Todd was instrumental in helping our company make a smooth transition to the first digital age. And today he is the manager of our Digital Services division leading the second digtial wave. Todd is a “go to” guy who our staff and clients can always, ALWAYS, count on.

With nearly a decade’s worth of experience in the advertising and photography business, Cynthia is the master of the details, ensuring the “i’s” are dotted and the “t’s” are crossed. Whether she is assisting with marketing the studio or keeping us all in line, Cynthia makes every project easier.
John Goldy If it moves John will shoot it. Seriously! An avid hunter and outdoorsman, John is Studio Manager for dpi. His extensive experience, unlimited energy, and organizational abilities ensure the successful completion of complex location and studio projects. John also doubles as a staff photographer and has produced incredible work for clients such as MTD, Cub Cadet, Cequent, Progressive Plastics, Sherwin Williams and others.
Jerry Tempfli a.k.a. New York Jerry A veteran of the New York advertising scene, Jerry spent 11 years in Manhattan, working for clients like Macys, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor and Trish McEvoy. In 1998, Jerry decided to return to his hometown of Cleveland and in 2004 joined dpi. Jerry brings his creative vision and technical imaging skills together to produce imaginative photography solutions. Some of Jerry’s clients have included American Greetings, Sterling Jewelers, MTD Power Equipment and La-Z-Boy.
John Landry If it doesn’t exist, can’t be found or isn’t the right color, fear not, Landry will fix it . John is widely regarded as one of the top retouchers in the industry. Before joining dpi in 2007, John was a freelance retoucher and photographer in Pennsylvania. When John isn’t busy working his magic at the studio, he teaches Digital Imaging at the college level. John brings over a decade of experience to dpi and is a great asset to our company and our clients.
Damian Eduardos Producer, photographer, patron saint to art directors and go to guy when you need to shut down half of Cleveland. Damian began his photography career at the age of 17 when his dad brought home a Cannon AE-1 and some lenses. Since that time he has honed his visual storytelling abilities under the wing of the late Masumi Hayashi and others. If you want a look that is new and edgy or need to shut down Superior Avenue at rush hour, Damian is your guy.
